How does it work?
The Sphere is motion-activated. It rolls, pauses, and changes direction on its own in an unpredictable pattern designed to trigger your cat's prey drive. No app required — just switch it on and place it on a flat surface.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge runs for approximately 2 hours of continuous play, then the Sphere auto-shuts off to conserve battery. Recharge via the included USB-C cable.
Is it loud?
No. The motor is near-silent — designed to work in living spaces without disrupting your day or startling noise-sensitive Siamese cats.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or use chemical cleaners. The Sphere is sealed, so fur and dust stay on the outside.
Is it safe for my cat?
Yes. The Sphere is solid with no small parts, openings, or detachable components. It is designed for indoor use only and on flat, hard surfaces.
What size is it?
Approximately 4.2 cm / 1.65 inches in diameter.
Does it work on carpet?
The Sphere performs best on hard floors (tile, hardwood, laminate). Thick carpet or rugs may reduce movement.
My cat ignores it. What should I try?
Siamese cats are curious but can be cautious with new objects. Leave the Sphere switched off near their favourite spot for a day before activating it. Some cats respond better when the Sphere is introduced during their active hours (dawn or dusk).
