How is my order delivered?
Every item from the Siamese Society is curated for quality. We offer two tiers of logistics:

  • Society Standard: Complimentary on orders over $75. Delivery typically within 5-10 business days.
  • Atelier Priority: Express shipping (2-5 days) for items requiring immediate deployment.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we serve the North American market to ensure the integrity of our "Society Blue" protocols during transit.

Returns

What is your return policy?
The Siamese Society operates under a "Harmony Guarantee." If a product does not resonate with your companion, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

  • Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all "Society" packaging intact.
  • Legal: As a Delaware-registered LLC, all transactions and returns are governed by Delaware state law.
  • Supplements: For the safety of all members, "Society Blue" supplements are non-returnable once the seal is broken.
